Company Overview
SDS PVD Sheets and Profiles is a specialized business engaged in the manufacturing and supply of PVD-coated stainless steel sheets and profiles, using imported 304-grade stainless steel material. Our products are designed for architectural, interior, and industrial applications, offering durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal.

Product Specifications and Customization

• All our products are manufactured using Grade 304 stainless steel, which is imported and PVD coated to achieve premium quality finishes.

• For all customized stainless steel profiles, the standard material thickness shall be 1MM, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

• All profile measurements and finishes are considered from the outer side, unless the client specifies differently and such specification is acknowledged by us in writing prior to production.

• As every production batch is prepared separately, there may be variations in shade, tone, or finish from batch to batch. These are inherent to the PVD coating process and cannot be construed as a defect or non-conformance. Therefore, to ensure color uniformity, we strongly advise placing the entire order at once, as we cannot guarantee shade matching across multiple separate orders.
   

Quotation and Pricing

• All quotations issued by SDS are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation document, typically subject to revision based on raw material price fluctuations and availability.

• Lead time for delivery and dispatch will be clearly mentioned in each quotation. Please note that lead times are estimates and may vary due to material availability, production capacity, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   

Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is mandatory for all orders. Orders will not be processed, scheduled for production, or dispatched unless full payment has been received.

• Accepted methods of payment include bank transfers, UPI, or other methods explicitly agreed to in writing.

• SDS shall not be responsible for delays resulting from payment clearance issues or discrepancies.
   

Order Confirmation, Cancellation, and Modifications

• Once an order is confirmed and payment has been received, it will be treated as final and non-cancellable.

• No changes, modifications, or additions to the order will be accepted once production has commenced.

• As our products are custom-manufactured to client specifications, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances after the order is confirmed.
   

Freight, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

• All goods are dispatched on a “Freight To-Pay” basis, meaning that transportation charges are to be paid by the customer directly to the logistics provider.

• In cases where SDS arranges and pays for the freight, it is done exclusively on behalf of the customer, and the full freight amount will be recovered from the customer accordingly.

• All shipments are made at the risk of the purchaser. SDS assumes no liability for loss, damage, theft, breakage, or shortages that occur during transportation.

• Upon dispatch, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer, and all claims for damage, loss, or shortage must be filed directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.

• SDS will provide all necessary dispatch documents (e.g., invoice, e-way bill, LR copy) to assist with claims, but does not undertake responsibility for claim resolution.
   

Product Quality, Tolerances, and Discrepancies

• While every effort is made to ensure consistency and high quality, minor tolerances in thickness, dimension, shade, or finish may occur as per acceptable industry standards and manufacturing limitations.

• Such variations do not constitute valid grounds for order cancellation or rejection.
   

Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances shall SDS be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

• Our liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the goods supplied.
   

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

• All transactions with SDS are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

• Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to our products, services, or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Acceptance of Terms

• By placing an order with SDS PVD Sheets and Profiles, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

• These Terms are binding and apply to all current and future transactions with SDS unless amended in writing and signed by both parties.
